I'm Priscilla, a certified nutrition coach with a Master's in Public Health - but more importantly, I'm a woman who knows what it's like to feel disconnected from her body.
I became a coach after struggling with chronic pain that left me exhausted and 20 pounds heavier. What finally helped me feel better wasn't restriction or discipline — it was learning how to nurture myself.
Through intentional nutrition, daily structure, and mindset shifts, I found a way to support my health that felt sustainable — not punishing.
Now, I help other women do the same: build habits that feel good, make sense, and last — no matter how full their lives are.
